  • Watercress and horseradish soup, Cornish mackerel, cured trout roe
  • Cep risotto, Rachel goats cheese, Iberico ham, smoked butter
  • Warm English asparagus, Clarence court egg yolk, Westcombe cheddar velouté, wild garlic oil

The menu is subject to seasonal change and availability. Please state any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or amendments to bookings.

Drinks and other extras are not included; any additional products or services consumed may be paid for on site.
