Description

Inspired by its famous namesake restaurant in Hong Kong, Hutong serves the fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China. Their cuisine pays homage to the dishes served in the imperial palaces of old Peking. Based on the ‘Lu school’ cuisine of Shandong Province, the menu masterfully captures the delicacy and depth of flavour of Northern Chinese cooking.

Hutong’s Signature Menu is the ideal way to discover the variety and complexity of North Chinese cuisine, presenting a selection of dishes carefully chosen to complement each other. The experience is traditionally intended for sharing family-style, which begins with three appetizers, followed by mains and a sweet palate cleanser to finish.

It is not just the menu and unparalleled views from Western Europe’s tallest building, which attract Hutong’s diners, but also its decor and ambience. The dining room is a sultry den; cloaked in darkness, with a sprinkling of glowing red lanterns and traditional oriental dark-wood panelling.

Hutong offers London diners a new destination restaurant with panoramic views of the London skyline, to enjoy contemporary northern Chinese cuisine and oriental-cocktails inspired by traditional Chinese medicine.
