Description

Famed for the longest Champagne bar in Europe, St Pancras Brasserie & Champagne Bar by Searcys lies inside the beautiful architectural marvel that is St Pancras International.

The brasserie was designed by Martin Brudnizki, a Stockholm born interior architect with a knack for creating elegant and opulent spaces such as Rosewood Hotel's Scarfes Bar. The space has a clandestine feel that eludes to the golden age of travel and adventure. Herringbone oak floors offset the glistening gold ceiling, plush leather booths are bordered by brass, and vintage station clocks hang from the ceiling. The classic twenties inspired décor, with its Art Deco detailing, is matched by the soft piano music that adds to the sense of romance.

What with John Searcy, the brand's nineteenth century founder, being something of a Champagne aficionado, it seems only right that this you should indulge in some bubbles. You'll enjoy four courses of classic British fare that's reimagined, reinvented and wholly seasonal. Each course will be paired with a glass of Champagne from Searcys extensive list, which includes their own 'Searcys Selected Cuvée'.
