Enjoy a cheese and wine matching with Birmingham Wine School. As part of a small group of fellow oenophiles, the evening will begin with an introduction to the wines you’ll be tasting. As the evening progresses, you'll learn about the complexities behind each wine, focusing on the flavours and aromas, as well as the taste profile, characteristics of the grape variety, climate, and winemaking process.

But what's wine without cheese? Over the course of the evening, you'll match a selection of delicious cheeses, ranging from creamy cheddar to punchy Stilton, and learn how different cheeses impact wine to discover which cheeses are best suited to each wine.
