Club Gascon, located in the heart of London, is a Michelin-starred restaurant that opened in 1998. Founded by Chef Pascal Aussignac and business partner Vincent Labeyrie, it is housed in a former Lyon’s Tea house, preserving many original architectural elements. The restaurant specialises in the cuisine of Gascony, covering a region from Bordeaux to Toulouse. Awarded its first Michelin star in 2002, Club Gascon has retained this accolade annually, celebrating the culinary heritage of Southwest France with modern flair. A recent renovation adds to its charm with a subtle marble finish, enhancing the intimate atmosphere.

Club Gascon has a culinary edge with creative concoctions that make it wonderfully unique. Flavours are bold, with past dishes including 'Ox Oh La La': marbled duck foie gras, oxo, plum wine and Armagnac.
