Dom Ramsey has been writing about chocolate since 2006. His blog Chocablog is one of the biggest and longest running chocolate blogs on the web. Dom was co-founder of Cocoa Runners and World Chocolate Guide, and has been a judge at the World Chocolate Masters, Academy of Chocolate Awards and International Chocolate Awards. Dom started making chocolate at home in 2014, putting his extensive knowledge to good use, and quickly opened Damson Chocolate in 2015.

Damson Chocolate uses only the best ingredients to make their delicious bean-to-bar chocolate. You will follow each stage from sorting through roasting, grinding, tempering, moulding and packaging.

After getting a taste of the chocolate making process, Cocoa Runners co-founder Spencer Hyman will join Ramsey, leading a chocolate tasting where you will discover some of the best artisan chocolate makers from around the world. Cocoa Runners has travelled from Brooklyn to Budapest, San Francisco to Saigon tasting chocolate. To date they've tasted over 4,000 bars, and only sell and promote the ones they've absolutely loved.Taste for yourself how every step in the process, from the ‘terroir’, to how the beans are dried, fermented, and roasted can affect the chocolate's final flavour. Note that at least 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or amendments to bookings.
