Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, dine at the high-end restaurant Mere, the brainchild of MasterChef: The Professionals judge and former long-time senior sous chef at Le Gavroche, Monica Galetti and her husband, Frenchman and sommelier, David Galetti. A long-term dream of the Galetti's, personal touches and emotion are captured throughout from the name Mere (pronounced Mary), meaning mother in French, but also the Samoan for 'Mary', Monica's mother's name, to the décor with French and South Pacific undertones.

The restaurant is relaxed and casual but does not compromise on comfort, elegance or the quality of food and wines on offer. The ground floor bar welcomes guests on arrival and offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a drink with plush seating in hues of blue, greys and deep yellows and double-glass frontage.

The menu is seasonal and market-led, with a mixture of both Monica's twist on the classics as well as new creations. Dishes are refined and expertly executed with French techniques combined with international tweaks.
