King's Fine Food is dedicated to sourcing the finest culinary products from around the world. From Michelin star Spanish olive oils to world-renowned Amedei chocolate, produced by the first ever female Master Chocolatier, Cecilia Tessieri. King's is the leading purveyor of fine food and supplies the world's greatest establishments, including; The Fat Duck, Harrods and Fortnum & Mason.
King's Fine Food was founded on the "Food of the Kings", as the delicacy is known, and continues to be the largest importer of caviar into the UK. Founder, Laura King, is renowned as one of the UK's leading caviar experts and has over 20 years experience in the caviar industry. At an exclusive behind-the-scenes tasting, Laura will share her expert knowledge on the delicacy, as you taste seven unique and distinctively different caviars. The flavour and texture of caviar varies greatly depending on the sturgeon, from Beluga and Sevruga to Oscietra. Learn how the eggs are sustainably farmed, harvested and matured.
Laura sources the most fantastic Mother Of Pearl Tableware for her tastings. A unique, luster finish serves to enhance the pleasure of eating caviar, knowing that each piece is sustainably sourced in the Philippines.
