Under the expert tutelage of the team at Château Lych-Bages, wine enthusiasts have the privilege of making a bespoke barrel of Bordeaux wine, lovingly blended to tell your story. The perfect experience to undertake with a group of friends, or corporates wanting to make their mark and treat employees to the finest team building event.During this immersive six to 24 month wine making process, guests can return to get involved in the series of steps including harvesting the fruit, fermentation process, ageing, blending and bottling, or at any point just to check on the barrel. Enhance your wine knowledge and deep appreciation for the region and winemaking process as your unique wine story unfolds. Return to the vineyard for the tasting and finalising of the wine to enhance aromatics, texture and balance to suit your story and palate. While the wine ages, work with an expert designer and create a label which sparks intrigue and portrays the unique wine story and character.Included in the package is all local transport, one night stay in a nearby hotel, a Michelin-starred tasting menu at Relais & Chateaux Cordeillan-Bages hotel, where chef Jean-Luc Rocha will delight you with his sublime tasting menu.
