Overseeing all dining aspects of St James’s Hotel & Club, William Drabble’s love for good food has been with him since the tender age of eight, where he gained his appreciation for fresh seasonal produce amongst the farms Norfolk. Working in some of the finest Michelin-starred hotels and restaurants in England throughout his career, William was able to create his own unique menu style at Seven Park Place, an intimate dining room at one of the most exclusive hotels in Mayfair. Inspired by classic French cuisine and his love of locally sourced ingredients, William and his dedicated team have been awarded four AA Rosettes and a coveted Michelin star, an accolade received just one year after opening.

Not only a hands-on chef in the kitchen, William is actively involved in the interior of Seven Park Place, ensuring the decor reflects the style of his menu to create an entirely unique dining experience.
