M Victoria is the M brand's second multi-faceted venue, where guests can enjoy a lavish bottomless brunch in a unique setting.

Executive Chef Michael Reid, who trained at both Le Gavroche and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, is the well-respected chef at the helm. Michael has worked closely with celebrity chef Shannon Bennet in his award-winning Vue de Monde, and in opening Jardin Tan, and has cooked alongside talented chefs including George Calombaris, Peter Gilmore, and Heston Blumenthal at The Skinny Duck, Melbourne.

Chef Reid's menu at M Victoria serves up mouth-watering dishes of both meat and non-meat options, introducing diners to different cooking styles from around the globe, with a focus on quality ingredients and a healthy balance of light and indulgent. The brunch menu offers an array of dishes to choose from; ranging from coconut quinoa porridge to buttermilk fried chicken, to a short rib brioche bun, hollandaise, and fried duck egg.

The bottomless brunch will be followed by private use of the six-seater M screening room. An array of content including movies, sport, and Netflix entertainment will be made available on the day; the perfect weekend wind-down experience.
