You and your friends will be welcomed by your host, master connoisseur Kam Zadeh. Kam will carefully take you through the luxury wine and champagne tasting experience, teaching you about the different styles and flavours in a relaxed and informative way. Previously acting as a wine instructor and adviser to some of the best airlines in the world, Kam is bursting with insider knowledge that he looks forward to sharing with you over bubbles, wine and tasty pairings.
Presenting three limited-production champagnes, your bubbling glasses of 10-year old vintage champagnes are accompanied with three different royal grade caviars. Let your tastebuds experience the unrivalled combination of salty artisan caviar with the fizz of a fine champagne. Nothing better!
Included in your tasting is an expertly crafted oysters or lobster (depending on seasonal availability), paired with a vintage white wine. Then it’s on to the red, with an estate wine accompanied by rich artisan cheese. Your tasting finishes with a luscious sweet wine paired with a trio of champagne. Nibble on some delectable chocolate truffles to really bring out the sweet and aromatic flavours, whilst your host helps you discover which chocolates work with best with which wine.
