Your tasting begins with the beautiful friendship of flavour that is caviar and champagne. Kam will guide you through the systematic approach to champagne and wine tasting, whilst you learn to recognise and compare the varying tastes. Along the way, savour the bubbles of not one but two exclusive limited-production 10 year old vintage champagnes, accompanied by two different types of royal grade caviar.
It’s then wine o’clock as you move on to an expertly selected estate white wine, followed by an award winning robust vintage red. Naturally your wines will be served with a variety of carefully selected cheeses to really bring out the flavour. To follow, enjoy a luscious dessert wine paired with a trio of champagne and chocolate truffles and rose and raspberry all butter tartlet. A perfect finish to a truly memorable experience.
