Tea Blending Workshop by Bird & Blend Tea Co.

Tea is the ultimate balance of art and science. To blend a perfect cup takes flair and creativity, along with logic and precision. Experimenting with aromas, textures and flavours can alter teas in myriad ways, resulting in masterpieces such as Lapsang Souchong, Rooibos and Matcha.

During your masterclass, your Tex Mixologist will guide you through the basics and teach you about ingredients and flavour combinations, as well as inviting you to taste a number of creations.

You’ll learn about different teas and types of blending herbs, their origins and health benefits.You’ll sample an array of award-winning teas and get a feel for the flavours before you set about some blending of your own.
