The talented team at this award-winning independent tea company are more than happy to share some of their secrets with you and a tea-loving friend or family member at an immersive cocktail tea-mixology workshop.
You’ll be welcomed to the Bird & Blend SpeakTEAsy evening with a Peach and Blueberry Spritz. After setting the tone with this moreish mix of flavours, you’ll find out how to mix, blend, and garnish a selection of tea cocktails that are sure to delight your senses.
During the evening you’ll learn the basic techniques for making cocktail syrups, concentrates, and garnishes you can use to elevate your favourite drinks at home. Inviting friends over for a cuppa will never be the same again. You’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy the hands-on experience of making – and drinking – tea cocktails including a Flaming Bonfire Toffee, a Smoky Rose, a Mermaid Martini, and a Unicorn Gin Fizz.Bird & Blend’s Cocktail Tea-Mixology Workshop is sure to give you and your guest a whole new appreciation for one of Britain’s favourite beverages.
