You’ll be part of a small group of dedicated learners, each with the same passion for a good drink, and can settle into the pleasant surroundings as you get ready to sip and sample.
You’ll find out how terroir affects taste, and why different Scotches have varying flavour profiles. Every sip will be enlightening in new ways, and the class is a wonderful way to learn more about your favourite drams. Liquor Studio, based in Leeds, is Yorkshire's first and only spirit school and creative drink space. Founded by Dan Crowther and Jonathan Lee, former owners of the Hedonist bar, it offers a unique blend of education and enjoyment in the realm of spirits and cocktails.
