The hotel’s mixologists have created various tastings including the Rum Experience. You’ll sample four exceptional rums, including Santa Teresa from Venezuela, Diplomatico Ambassador from Venezuela, Matusalem 15 from the Dominican Republic and Zacapa 23 from Guatemala. 

The expert tutor will guide you through each rum, providing tasting notes, fascinating anecdotes, and details about the story and production of the spirit that fuelled an empire. Afterwards, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of The Terrace Bar as you choose from an exclusive rum cocktail menu, featuring the rums that you have just learned about (for an additional cost).
