Private Children's Lesson by Lord's Indoor Cricket Centre

An unforgettable experience for budding cricketers to enhance their skills at Lord's Indoor Cricket Centre with the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) with a private session. The MCC Cricket Academy is located within the Lord’s grounds and the session will take place with an expert coach. Budding cricketers can choose from either a Bowling or Batting session, both of which take place over the course of an hour.

With professional coaching, young cricket fans get the opportunity to immerse in a private session with top coaches who will help them to develop bat or ball skills. A sporting dream come true for any budding cricketer.

More About Lord’s Indoor Cricket Centre

Lord’s Indoor Cricket Centre is one of world sport's most iconic venues, celebrating its 200th anniversary in 2014. The first match played at Lord’s was in 1787, when businessman Thomas Lord staged a game between Middlesex and Essex at a newly built ground near Baker Street. Lord, a winemaker, oversaw the stadium and cricket's development in the country, while cleverly profiting from his wine shop, situated opportunistically at the ground's entrance. The current ground opened in 1814 and, since then, has gone on to host over 100 test matches.

There is no better destination for a budding cricketer, or a dab hand at the sport, to develop their batting or bowling skills. The MCC Cricket Academy, situated within the ground, is at the forefront of cricket technology, with Hawk-Eye providing cutting-edge analysis.

The MCC Cricket Academy has a ‘breathable’ design, making it ideal to allow sunlight but not hard shadows – due to special sails in the roof. This also allows natural air to flow throughout the building, which is ideal for training all year round.
