Taste authentic China in this Gong Fu Tea Masterclass for two. Learn the social and cultural importance of the Chinese Tea ceremony, as founder and tea expert, Juyan Webster, takes you on a five-hour journey through the history and ceremony of Gong Fu tea making.

Gong Fu is the traditional method of brewing from South China, primarily the Fujian and Guangdong provinces, it is prepared in small teapots with a high leaf to water ratio. Juyan will take you step by step through the tasting notes of each sip of these short infusions from beautiful, authentic tea cups.

The masterclass will teach you how to brew your own tea, how the use the right temperature of water, appropriate for each blend and how to serve them in the traditional way. From White Tea to Puer tea, you will learn how to taste each one using all your senses.

Juyan travels to China every year to source each tea from artisan farmers and tea gardens in ten different regions across the country, they are all slow grown, hand-picked and traditionally processed. Her expertise and unrivalled collection of only the highest quality teas, make this a truly unique experience.
