On this experience, you will go behind-the-scenes to see what makes this unique restaurant tick. Joining an expert member of the kitchen team, step into the restaurant's famed ‘Spice Room’. Here, you will learn about the various blends used to create the scintillating flavours in Junoon’s dishes. You will then prepare your own selection of fresh spices to take home. These will be relevant in terms of executing dishes from the signed Junoon cookbook you will take home.

Having learned all about the many spices included in Indian cuisine, you will then have the opportunity to put the new-found knowledge into practice, taking part in a contemporary Indian cooking class, led by either the chef or sous-chef.

Following your cooking class, relax with a cocktail each in the restaurant's lounge. The Patiala Lounge is named after Bhpinda Singh of Patiala; an iconic Maharaja well-known for his flamboyant extravagance. The lounge shares these characteristics with its namesake; serving up contemporary cocktails that crossover many of the herbs and spices found in the restaurant's cuisine.

The experience is rounded off with dinner in the restaurant itself. The six-course tasting menu reflects the diversity of India, spanning a number of different regional specialities.
