Electronic Email Delivery (Complimentary): Once you have made your purchase, our Concierge will email you an electronic gift certificate, which contains the description of the experience, a unique booking reference code and redemption instructions. You can then print or forward this certificate on to your recipient (or use yourself).
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
In order to qualify for a refund, the experience cannot be booked in or redeemed. We will refund the full purchase amount back to the purchaser. Delivery charges for gift boxes are not refundable.

In order to make you and your recipient’s shopping experience easier, we offer a flexible exchange policy.
Any unbooked experiences can be exchanged for another experience of equal or lesser value (or if higher cost, simply pay the difference) before the expiry date of the certificate. Note that exchanges cannot be made once an experience has been booked in. A booked experience implies that a booking was made and confirmed.
