What's the returns policy?
We'll issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as no booking has been made. You can exchange any time within 6 months of purchase as long as no booking has been made.
Can my recipient exchange if they prefer something else?
Yes. TRULY’s concierge team is also on hand to help with personalised suggestions. Just chat with us on the site or give us call.
What times can my recipient go?
As long as there is availability, you or your recipient can go whenever you like. There are no blackout dates or times.
When will my certificate expire?
You have 6 months to contact us to book your experience and a further 6 months to go on the experience.
