As the former managing director of the Gaucho group, there are very few people in the world who know more about steak than Martin Williams.

Martin has teamed up with head Chef Jarad McCarroll to design this exclusive beef tasting menu for TRULY guests, showcasing the finest produce available. Embark on a journey through six countries, tasting the best beef from each. Seasonally changing, the meal will begin with a crisp, refreshing South African Biltong Salad, before moving onto an innovative take on Argentinian Black Angus steak tartare and a French Limousin steamed bun.

This is followed by the piece de resistance - an extraordinary trio of steak, served together. Each steak is aged individually, ensuring it reaches its maximum potential, including the world-renowned Blackmore Wagyu and Tajima-guy Kobe beef; the highest quality available outside of Japan.
