Spurred on by the lack of wild nature in the city, Wild Life Drawing was the brainchild of animal lover and professional illustrator, Jennie Webber. On this private masterclass you'll be meet the farmyard animals - including miniature donkeys, pigs, rare goats, rabbits and more - and be taught how to sketch from life, whilst learning about the unique wildlife and conservation projects that are making a difference in the capital.

There are few things more therapeutic and fulfilling than making something beautiful with your own hands and that's exactly what you'll enjoy doing on this private wildlife drawing masterclass with Jennie Webber, founder of Wild Life Drawing. Jennie's aim is to inspire appreciation and understanding for animals through creativity, learning about the animals, their habitats and distinct characteristics. Working with carefully selected animal handlers, sanctuaries and charities, Wild Life Drawing aims to communicate conservation issues around the globe.
Spitalfields City Farm is the space for this masterclass, led by illustrator and animal lover, Jennie Webber. You’ll start the day with tea and cake and learning more about the unique wildlife and conservation projects that operate within the city before heading out to meet the animals, including miniature donkeys, pigs, rare goats, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs. Focusing on anatomy and form, you’ll be taught how to sketch animals and experiment with a variety of drawing materials.
Leaving with your very own artwork, as well as technical skills and knowledge, you’ll be well on your way to sketching like a pro!
