Anja Brierley Lange is the founder of Yoga Embodied. An acclaimed yoga instructor, Anja holds multiple Ayurveda degrees and is the co-creator of YogaLondon’s Pregnancy and Post-natal Teacher Training Course. Anja's classes promote health and wellness through a balance between mind, body and spirit.

Anja has a passion for pregnancy and post-natal yoga. She has trained as doula under obstetrician Dr Michel Odent and experienced doula Liliana Lamis. She takes pride in working with women both throughout and after their pregnancies. In her own words, “pregnancy is a time of change, a natural state in a woman’s body – a perfect time to practice yoga.”

Enjoy a 60-minute pre or post-natal session in the comfort of your own home. You'll experience an individualised practice structured to your specific needs, aims and ability. The pregnancy yoga classes encourage strength, flexibility and relaxation, helping to connect you with your baby by listening to the body’s natural intelligence. Expect physical postures influenced by vinyasa flow yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.

Post-natal yoga is a safe way to get back into shape, engage core strength and promote relaxation. A focus is placed on building core strength, rediscovering the pelvic floor and energising the back, shoulders and chest.

Following your class, TRULY guests will also exclusively receive a complimentary log-in to access Yoga Embodied’s online yoga classes. The pass allows access to over 30 video and audible recordings and specific programmes on both yoga and Ayurveda, allowing you to continue your practice after your pregnancy/postnatal recovery.

Pregnancy yoga is recommended from week 14 until birth. Post-natal yoga is recommended from six to eight weeks until crawling.

We recommend this experience for one person but up to a maximum of 10 people can take part. Larger groups can be priced on request.

Yoga mats will be provided for up to two people. Larger groups will need to provide their own equipment.

Note that at least 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or amendments to bookings.

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least six weeks in advance to guarantee desired dates and time.
