Description

Alyn opened his eponymous restaurant, ‘Alyn Williams at The Westbury’ in November 2011. Prior to that he worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing.

The year 2012 saw Chef Williams’ progressive style of cooking win him the coveted ‘National Chef of the Year’ title, along with his first Michelin Star. The restaurant has since also been awarded four AA rosettes.

Sat in the Aspen Room private dining space, savour a signature seven-course tasting menu – the "first-class cooking" reflects a London influence on traditional European cuisine, with dishes such as ‘Marinated mackerel, scallop, brown crab mayonnaise and Braeburn apple’.

The Aspen Room is an extension of the restaurant floor, ensuring none of the great atmosphere of the restaurant is lost during your dining experience. The exclusive dining space mirrors the décor of the restaurant and is a luxurious blend of rich rosewood panelling, chairs covered in cream velvet and bespoke lighting with hand-blown glass.

A personal sommelier will be on hand to match dishes with wines by glass, or can advise on bottle choices for the group. Alyn himself is fond of a beer pairing, recognising the beverage's versatility, and his restaurant is one of only a few high-end establishments in London that offers the chance to match food with beer. A dedicated Chef de Rang will oversee the smooth private dining experience.

This experience is valid for redemption within six months from the date of issue.

Alyn Williams at The Westbury is open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch, 12pm to 2.30pm and for dinner, 6pm to 10.30pm.

Service charge (12.5%) is not included; this is left to the guests’ discretion on the day.

This experience includes the seven-course tasting menu for up to ten guests. Any drinks or other products consumed can simply be paid for on-site.

The menu is subject to seasonal change and availability. Please state any dietary requirements at the time of booking. An alternative vegetarian tasting menu is available on request.

This experience is priced for up to 10 people - the Aspen private dining room can accommodate up to 20 people. To add more people (10 maximum) to the experience, simply select "Add an extra guest" and select the quantity at checkout.

Note that at least seven days' notice is required for any cancellations or amendments to bookings.

Flowers and candles are provided in the private dining room.

Note that Alyn Williams at The Westbury does not have the facilities for dancing space.

The Aspen Room has disabled access and is wheelchair accessible.

AV equipment can be hired if required.
