Description

With chefs originating from some of London’s most successful restaurants, and a bar team trained by a master of the world drinks industry, Chicama’s creates a Peruvian food and drink revolution.

Coastal cooking is the highlight, with traditional ideas taking on a contemporary twist. And the drinks are much the same. The bar exhibits a carefully selected array of spirits with a focus on pisco and mezcals. The wine list has been compiled to truly complement the Peruvian-style dishes, from light fragrant whites to full-bodied reds with an additional selection of sakes that are all available by both the glass and bottle.

Food is a South American triumph with original and enticing dishes such as the tapioca marshmallows, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, flavoured with parmesan and fried – a perfect accompaniment to a Pisco Sour on the pastel-pretty terrace.

During your Pisco Sour Masterclass, you’ll learn how to make two different Pisco Sours by one of the master mixologists. To complement the flavours of the pisco, you’ll be invited to feast on an array of Peruvian-inspired dishes such as tuna with avocado jalapeño sauce, fried leeks, lime and radish and sea bass ceviche with soy tiger’s milk, wakame and sesame – just to name a few.

Move over Whiskey Sours, there’s a new cocktail on the block and her name is Pisco!
