At Truly, we believe experiences shouldn't have restrictions. That means no fine print, and no pesky blockout dates and times. We only work with the best partners who share the same belief - and treat Truly clients beyond ordinary.
If your recipient wants to redeem their gift certificate, as long as that experience is available and there is availability, they will be able to – that's our promise to you. We don't have any fine print like "Monday to Thursday before 7pm only", we just think that makes for a bad gift and a bad customer experience. In fact clauses such as these are counter to what we believe in and what we stand for. We want your recipient to redeem their experience by working with our partners and your recipient's schedule, giving them every chance to experience the beyond ordinary.
On the odd occasion, there may be circumstances that are out of our control that render the partner unable to accept a Truly booking – perhaps a partner is pre-booked for a private event or they're already fully booked (our partners are popular!). In these instances, we will propose alternative dates or a different experience. To avoid disappointment, we encourage recipients to get in touch with us a few weeks before redeeming their experience, especially with popular partners.
