So we work with only the finest suppliers who also believe that to be extraordinary, we need to treat customers with respect and in a truly extraordinary way.
If your recipient wants to redeem their gift certificate, as long as that experience is available that day, and there is availability, they will be able to – that's our promise to you. We don't have any fine print like "Monday to Thursday before 7pm only", we just think that makes for a bad gift and a horrible customer experience. In fact clauses such as these are counter to what we believe in and what we stand for. We want your recipient to redeem their experience and by working with our suppliers to ensure there are no restrictions, we work around your recipient's schedule, giving them every chance to experience the extraordinary.
On the odd occasion, there may be circumstances that are out of our control that render the supplier unable to accept a TRULY booking – perhaps a supplier is pre-booked for a private event, or perhaps they're serving a special menu which is priced differently to our experience, or perhaps they're already fully booked! In these instances, we'll try our best to make sure your recipient can redeem their certificate when they want but sometimes, it may not be possible. So that's why we encourage recipients to get in touch with us a few weeks before redeeming their extraordinary experience, so they can enjoy it when they want.
