Description

Arguably one of Britain’s most iconic automobiles, the Morgan is a timeless classic. So much so, in fact, that it has continued to steal the hearts of car lovers since its original production in 1909. In a world where the lifespan of some car models lasts months, rather than years, this is no small feat.

Hand-built, combining tradition with innovation, the Morgan is a testament to pure driving pleasure. Manipulating one of these beauties is a stimulation of the senses, creating an unparalleled driving experience. So, when it comes to traversing the British countryside, what better way to do it than in an automobile that pays homage to the same heritage?

The county of Somerset offers something for everyone. From breathtaking views across open landscapes, to gloriously sandy beaches, moorland and city vistas, Somerset elicits variety at its best. Renowned for its cheddar cheese and cider, your journey is bound to include a few small diversions, before spending the night in a luxurious four-star hotel.

Crossing county lines into Devon, you’ll be met with picturesque, harbour towns, towering cliffs and rock formations on the fossil-rich Jurassic Coast. Lympstone Manor offers refuge for the night, where celebrated chef, Michael Cairns, serves up a Michelin starred dinner. The modern country house hotel is located within 28 acres of grounds where fine dining meets plush décor, style and faultless service.

Take time out and enjoy the beautiful countryside of Somerset and Devon in a classic British automobile, stay in hotels rich in history and savour award-winning British cuisine. A most memorable experience revelling in some of Britain's timeless classics.
