M Victoria Street is a multifaceted venue housing a Grill Dining Room, Raw Bar, both Public and Private Members Bars, private dining, event spaces and a wine tasting room, all of which one enters via a wine store. The high-end concept was the brainchild of Martin Williams, former Managing Director of steak restaurant Gaucho, and of former Le Gavroche chef, Michael Reid.

The restaurant is well respected for a dedication to quality food, with nuanced dishes fusing ingredients in creative ways. With Executive Chef Michael Reid at the helm, this restaurant boasts the expertise of a skilled professional. While in Australia, Chef Reid worked with some of the country's best chefs, including George Calombaris, Peter Gilmore, and Heston Blumenthal at The Skinny Duck. In more recent years, Michael has cooked alongside celebrity chef Shannon Bennet at his award-winning Vue de Monde.

Enter this ‘ultra-slick drinking and dining emporium’ via a stylish wine store. M's menu focuses on supreme ingredients, hand-picked from around the world. Enjoy RAW specialities, “in short, the finest proteins from land and sea for a gourmet fix," such as tuna sashimi or kangaroo tartare. GRILL favourites, including braised lamb, or a succulent Aberdeen Angus steak are said to ‘border on a religious epiphany.’

After being greeted by a welcome cocktail, guests can look forward to a showcase of M Victoria’s finest, with ten dishes split over five courses. Delight in razor clams with yuzu and lemon cream, venison salami, salmon tartare, and white chocolate ice cream with olive oil sponge and meringue.
