Victoria M is what you’d expect from the brainchild of former Gaucho boss Martin Williams, who opened the very first M in Threadneedle Street back in 2014. With Executive Chef Michael Reid in the kitchen, expect the highest standard of culinary excellence.

Chef Reid received training at both Le Gavroche and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. While in Australia Reid worked with some of the country's best chefs, including George Calombaris, Peter Gilmore, and Heston Blumenthal at The Skinny Duck. Chef Reid has also cooked alongside celebrity chef Shannon Bennet at his award-winning Vue de Monde.

The multi-faceted M Victoria is home to a Grill Dining Room, Raw Bar, both Public and Private Members Bars, private dining, event spaces and a wine tasting room, all of which one enters via a stylish wine store. “Basically, it’s your one-stop fine dining shop to Michelin-worthy food with flair and award-winning wines.”

After being greeted with a welcome cocktail, guests can look forward to a showcase menu of M Victoria’s No M-eat specialities. The Raw bar offers a mouth-watering selection of East Asian classics including sashimi, to modern dishes using ‘cured and smoked’ Nordic techniques. From buttermilk cured trout, to lemon cream razor clams, or green risotto – the open kitchen provides rich offerings. End on a sweet note, with white chocolate ice cream or the unusual Dulce mousse with buckwheat, bacon and sweetcorn ice cream.
