Game: Learn quick and easy ways of preparing a pheasant, partridge or venison, and incorporating them into some crowd pleasing game dishes.

The Whole Hog: Learn to cook with the lesser-used cuts of pork meat as well as gaining an insight into the artisan craft of curing and smoking!

Charcuterie: Learn the basics of producing your own charcuterie

Birds, beasts & forest feasts: Learn how to prepare birds and bigger beasts and how to turn them into fantastic dishes using the bounty of the season in true HH&Co style.

Easy Entertaining: Learn to prepare a three-course seasonal lunch or dinner, perfect for wowing friends and family and ensuring you won’t spend the evening in the kitchen!

Christmas Made Easy: Let us help you make your next Christmas the easiest and most stress free yet!

Cooking on Fire: Get to grips with great BBQing, from your favourite cuts of meat to delicious veg dishes, and marinades to baked puds.

HH&Co Italian Christmas: We believe the best meals are natural, simple ones, shared with friends, and what better time than at Christmas!

Cakes & Cuppas: This course is essential for those who want to master the art of great baking; perfect to serve up for Afternoon Tea, as elevenses dunked in a cuppa and even as a midnight feast!

Hartnett & Holder's Perfect Pasta: Using the best seasonal produce and your own handmade pasta dough, you will learn how to fill, fold and cut fresh pasta and create a host of delicious dishes including an authentic risotto just as they do in Italy.

Pastry & Puds: Pick up some great techniques and make some fabulously simple but delicious puds that you’ll be sure to make again and again in your kitchen at home.

Fish & Shellfish: Prepare the catch of the day using seasonal and fresh ingredients, as well as learn how to knock up ceviche and a whole salt baked fish.

Beginners Bread: You will never ‘knead’ to buy another sliced loaf of bread again! Master the recipes for sourdough, a classic pizza base and some Italian breads such as grissini and focaccia.
