Head Chef, Sriram Aylur introduced South-west coastal Indian cuisine to London to great acclaim upon opening Quilon in 1999. By 2008, the restaurant had established a reputation for impeccable food and service – winning a Michelin star that year and retaining it ever since.

Chef Sriram has the unique ability to make unfamiliar cuisine appeal to everyone’s taste buds. At Quilon, the menu embodies this philosophy, by incorporating an assortment of ethnic and progressive dishes, blending old traditions and modern tastes.

The unique-to-Truly menu consists of the regular five-course tasting menu, with a sixth dish included exclusive to Truly guests dining at Quilon. Expect classic spices and flavours in a coriander infused seafood broth and subtly spiced baked cod. Expect an impressive range of contemporary and healthy dishes that are created with flair, style and a respect for their ingredients.
