Described in The Independent as a ‘genius in the world of floristry’ it is fair to say Philippa Craddock created quite the storm when she was appointed Selfridges sole florist in early 2015. The critics have since been consistent in their praise, with Vogue suggesting the moniker ‘the Queen of London Florists’. In this private, day-long workshop, you will learn the art of her timeless masterpieces, in a relaxed and inspiring environment. Held in Philippa’s studio in the picturesque East Sussex countryside, you will be warmly greeted with tea and cakes. Whether you have chosen your class theme from a list of interesting ideas, such as ‘Wedding Flowers’ and ‘Entertaining at Home’, or you have designed your own bespoke class based on personal interests, each course will be full of practical and easy-to-follow demonstrations. A day in Philippa's studio will leave you relaxed, and with unique insider insight into creating beautiful arrangements. Lunch will be made on the day by an Ottolenghi-trained chef. All equipment and floral ingredients are provided on the day, and your designs are yours to take home. Be sure to show off your new floral skills to family and friends!
