How does Truly work?

  1. Choose from thousands of experiences on our website and add it to your basket.

  2. Once you have checked out, you will receive an e-certificate with your unique redemption code. This is your golden ticket. (If you would like to gift the experience, simply forward this certificate to your recipient.)

  3. Use this code to request your booking here with the desired date and time you’d like to attend your experience.

  4. Sit back and let us handle the rest. Arrive to your experience knowing we have arranged everything.

Is service charge included?

Some of our experiences include service charge and others do not. Visit the experience page to confirm whether the experience you selected includes the service charge.

When does my certificate expire?

Gift an experience
Our experiences are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Give a gift card
Think someone will love one of our experiences but not sure which one? Our gift cards are valid for one year and allow your recipient to choose their favourite gift from the Truly collection.

How do I buy and use my gift card?

  1. Purchase a gift card here & we will email you an e-certificate with your unique gift card code. (This can be forwarded to your recipient.)

  2. Using our experience finder, select the experience you would like to attend and add it to your basket.

  3. At checkout, use your unique gift card code as your payment method.

  4. You will then receive an experience certificate. This is your golden ticket!

  5. On your certificate you will find a unique redemption code. Use this code to request your booking here with the desired date and time you’d like to attend your experience

Refund or exchange my experience

We'll refund any unbooked experiences within 30 days from purchase. To arrange this please contact our concierge team by email ( [email protected] ) or by chat with your order number and we’ll process your refund.

You can exchange an unbooked and unexpired certificate at anytime. Contact our concierge team ( [email protected] ) with your certificate number. We’ll issue you a monetary gift card of equal value to use on any experience on the site.

How do I book my experience?

This depends on whether you have a gift card or an experience certificate.

Experience certificate:
On your certificate you will find a unique redemption code. Use this code to request your booking here with the desired date and time you would like to attend your experience.
