It was while working at Rick Stein's "The Seafood Restaurant" that Nathan Outlaw found his calling specialising in all things seafood. He now has four Cornish restaurants and an outpost at Knightsbridge's Capital Hotel.
Having trained under famed chefs Gary Rhodes, Eric Chavot, John Campbell, and Rick Stein, Nathan opened his first restaurant at 24 and now heads Britain's only seafood centric two Michelin star restaurant. He heads four Cornish restaurants and was recently awarded a Michelin star at his London outpost in Knightsbridge's Capital Hotel.

Nathan Outlaw started in the kitchen at a young age helping his father, a chef, and now has two restaurants in Port Isaac, two in Rock and one in London. He is one of Britain's most successful seafood specialists having earned a total of three Michelin stars at his five restaurants.
With appearances on Saturday's Kitchen and the release of his first cookbook in 2012 he is among Britain's rising culinary stars.
