Bosi headed to the UK at the age of 25 for a year working abroad. He has never left. First working as Sous Chef at Overton Grange, in rural Shropshire, it was only a year before he became Head Chef - quickly earning a Michelin star. In 2000, he opened his own restaurant - Hibiscus - in nearby Ludlow. Two Michelin stars arrived within three years, and the opportunity arose to relocate the entire restaurant to central London. All the team at Hibiscus has never looked back.
