Delve into the history of Berlin with a photography tour that charts the city’s evolution from a pagan fishing village through to its development into the capital of the Prussian empire. The great centre of the Enlightenment under Frederick the Great and the scene of Napoleon’s occupation, the city has a rich history that permeates the streets, making it the perfect subject for any photographer.

Running through Berlin is the idyllic River Spree, upon which lies the famed “Museumsinsel” (Museum Island). The island, so called for its network of internationally renowned museums, was designed under the supervision of several Prussian Kings, and is a true sight to behold. It not only caters to those interested in German history, but houses reconstructions of lost wonders of the world, such as the Ishtar Gate of Babylon.

Your own private photography tour, led by a professional photographer, will not only improve your camera technique, but will ensure you return home with the best possible shots. You will get to discover new viewpoints and interesting details, easily overlooked to the untrained eye. Your expert photographer will not only have an in-depth knowledge of photography, but will guide you through your adventure to the finest sights in the city.

Your photographer has been carefully selected for their breadth of style and experience, so bring your camera, and prepare to marvel at Berlin’s grandeur.

German fine dining is possibly one of Berlin’s greatest delights, and something that the city is not always credited with, however for those in the know, Berlin is home to some of the best dining in Europe. In the last twenty years, Michelin inspectors have rewarded the city a combined 19 stars for its devotion to high quality, innovative food.

Reviews

  • An unforgettable evening in Berlin

If possible, book the evening photography tuition. Berlin comes to life at night and is certainly not one to be forgotten. Our photographer spoke heavily-accented English but w were able to get quite a bit out of it.

Lovely Way to See the Landmarks

What a great way to see the city, came home with some great shots, and really enjoyed the tour, obviously was expecting a grand city, given that its a capital of Germany, but nothing can really prepare for how imposing the city is, glad I had a guide showing us around as we would have certainly been at a loss for how to structure our time. Great resatuarnt and hotel as well, altogether a wonderful experience, worthy of this wonderful city
