Certificates are valid for 1 year from purchase and are redeemed with a unique booking code at trulyexperiences.com/book. Delivery is instant and digital. Prices are in GBP. Refunds are available on unbooked certificates within 30 days of purchase and are issued to the purchaser only; someone who received an experience as a gift can exchange it but cannot refund it. Unbooked, unexpired certificates can be exchanged at any time for a gift card of equal value.
