The upscale eatery promotes a relaxed and character-rich atmosphere, where behind a polished marble bar you can witness oyster shuckers in full form, and cocktail mixologists working their magic.

The Chase Fish & Oyster has a strong focus on sustainability and seasonal ingredients at their raw seafood bar are sourced at market price daily by chef de cuisine Nigel Finley. Chef Finley has specialized in seafood throughout his culinary career, working previously at acclaimed seafood restaurant Catch.

Savour Chef Finley’s creative ‘Bay Platter’. The beautifully presented seafood is the highlight of the menu, crisp and clean with fresh maritime flavors. The platter features locally sourced oysters and clams, seared Yellowfin tuna, king crab, Gulf shrimp, punchy Massachusetts scallops and tender whole lobster.
