'The Chase' has been named for the constant search by the restaurant for the finest ingredients around the world, ex-Ritz-Carlton’s Steven Salm, and executive chef Michael Steh serves up small plates with bold, simple and uncomplicated flavours.

Dining at The Chase is a social experience, and the Petit Pearl Platter represents that idea. The eye-catching, succulent light, meaty and fresh seafood is presented on a bed of ice. Savour this experience with an additional three sumptuous appetizers to share.

The Chase occupies the rooftop space of the tastefully restored Dineen Building. The penthouse restaurant is accessible only by private lift, with a bright and elegant dining space divided into three separate areas.

Crystal chandeliers and marble flooring adorn the main dining room, set against plush fabrics designed by Ralph Lauren. From the 270˚ of glass set in a clean and cool roof terrace, expect breathtaking views of downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. Back inside, the impressive wine bar boasts a 300-bin deep international wine list, playfully curated by ex-Niagara Street Café’s championed sommelier, Anton Potvin.
