Select an experience and make your purchase. After payment, your TRULY Concierge will send you or your recipient the gift certificate with a unique Booking Code.
2. Relax, we do the rest
Whenever you or your recipient would like to redeem, contact your TRULY Concierge and let us know when you would like to go. Simply relax and we will arrange everything for you.
3. Show up and enjoy
Once our concierge confirms your booking, simply show up and enjoy. Everything will be booked and pre-paid for. There are no paper vouchers to bring or worry about.

Do you offer gift boxes or gift packaging?
Yes we do. The gift certificate will come in our signature black gift box (shallow A5 size) with black felt insert and a black sateen ribbon. The gift box can be delivered to you or to your recipient directly and fits through all standard mail slots.
First class delivery is within the UK, but we can also deliver outside of the UK for an additional charge. Just email our Concierge Team ([email protected]).
If I can’t use the experience, can I give it to someone else?
Absolutely. The gift experience is fully transferrable and just needs to be used before the expiry date on the gift certificate.
I’ve received a gift certificate but would like to exchange it for something else, can I do that?
Certainly. All unbooked gift experiences can be exchanged free of charge. You can simply pay for the difference in price. Email our Concierge Team ([email protected]) and we will be happy to process your request. Once an experience has been booked, we do not allow exchanges, changes, cancellations or refunds.
Why is it that you do not show the hotel or restaurant for your short city breaks?
We have many suppliers that we work with. And depending on the dates of your travel, we will book you into the best possible hotel or restaurant. We always guarantee the star rating of the hotel or restaurant and will only use hotels with Guest Ratings above 4 out of 5 stars, as rated on Expedia, TripAdvisor or Hotels.com.
I’m looking for something truly special – do you offer bespoke gift experiences or packages?
Yes we do. Truly special experiences is our specialty. Our Concierge Team will be happy to work with you to determine the perfect gift for your recipient. We can arrange private jet charters to chateau stays to private island rentals. Simply email our Concierge Team ([email protected]) with your request.
I’d like to add an extra night on my short city break package, can I do that?
Absolutely. Email our Concierge Team ([email protected]) with your request, cite the booking code of your experience and we will take care of the rest.
I’ve received one of your gift certificates as a gift, now what?
Simply email our Concierge Team ([email protected]) or ring us on (0)203 086 7698 between Monday – Friday. We will handle everything for you. All you need to do is show up and enjoy.
