9 Of The Best Walla Walla Wineries You Won’t Want to Miss

Walla Walla is widely recognized as one of the most important wine-producing regions in the US. Not only does the valley have a reputation for excellent wine, but also boasts a record number of wineries: more than 130 farms covering 3000 acres in Washington and northeastern Oregon.

Walla Walla wineries have been at the forefront of the nation’s wine production for more than 100 years. Wine tourism is on the increase after two years of decline, and the Walla Walla Valley is sure to be on many travellers’ bucket lists.

The valley is divided into six regions:

  • Westside
  • Eastside
  • Southside
  • Downtown
  • Airport
  • Oregon Side (extending into Oregon State)

Each of these has its own specialities and promises a unique experience to visitors. Ranking the best wineries in Walla Walla is a tough task, but we’ve put together a shortlist of those that wine industry experts say just shouldn’t be missed.
