Spring Seasonal Menus in London

The weather is warming up, bringing colour, (occasional) sunshine, and loads of fresh produce to London. Some of our favourite restaurants really showcase this seasonal produce on new menus. Why not celebrate the change of season by treating your taste buds to the flavours of spring!

1. Spring

Aldwych, London

French

The name of our first pick is no coincidence. Upon entering Spring restaurant, you will find an atmosphere of warmth and elegance, as beautiful as a spring day. Of course, the brilliance of Spring isn’t just in the decor. We recommend dining at Spring to experience the bold flavours of their specially crafted spring menu. As a restaurant that prides themselves on seasonal menus, the dishes range from starters like “Spring Artichokes,” to mains like “Roasted River Trout.” Don’t forget to treat yourself to dessert with unique options such as |Polenta and Olive Oil Cake.” Spring is the quintessential restaurant for all things spring.

The set menu is actually called Taste of Spring, and includes dishes such as “Rabbit with chickpeas, pequillos and mint,” “Dorset crab with mint jelly, cauliflower, granny smith and curry,” and “Green shiso with yuzu.”

3. L’Anima
