Please arrive at least 15 minutes before treatment time. Note that later arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.
Spa facilities include a relaxation room, steam room and experience showers. Full access to the spa is available for the whole day. We suggest allowing at least four hours for your visit.
The relaxation room is mixed-gender, but note that the steam rooms and experience showers are located separately in the ladies’ and gentlemen’s changing rooms.
Note that at least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or amendments to bookings.
